Hi again all, I'm on the non o marriage visa which actually expired yesterday, even though I tried getting the 60 days I was rejected due to my UK marriage certificate wasn't registered. My question is if the British embassy in Bangkok aren't issuing the letters now then will I be OK until 30th April? Some say it doesn't cover the marriage visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with their expired Non-O marriage visa due to rejection of a 60-day extension caused by an unregistered UK marriage certificate. They are seeking advice on whether they will be okay until April 30th, given that the British embassy in Bangkok isn't issuing letters. Community members suggest directly consulting with immigration, and contemplate alternatives such as applying for an extension based on employment.

it was rejected because they were married in the UK and never registered the marriage of a thai abroad here in thailand.
With the covid shit-storm, they can't send the marriage certificate to the UK to get it stamped translated stamped by the thai embassy in london and get it sent back. <- the way a person who married a thai in the UK has to get a marriage certificate legalized now.. That means they can't register the marriage at the amphur and get the "thai married abroad" Kor Ror 22 certificate which means they can't get a 60 day visit thai family based on marriage to a thai extension :(
