TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a NON-B visa for teaching in Chiang Mai for an additional 12 months, you will need to provide several documents including your work permit, proof of company certification, as well as evidence of payment for income tax withholding and social security taxes for the past 12 months. It is advisable to check with your local immigration office for specific documentation requirements, as these can vary by location. If your school is inexperienced with the process, seeking assistance from an accountant or consultant may be beneficial.

You mean Spoon Fed. The Local Immigration office will have PDF files itemizing each document required. They can send this set of PDFs to the school administrator. I suggest going to the Immigration Office and make that request. My Imm. Office sent them to me. However each office varies somewhat in what they want.
