hi all, any latest updates on what you need for another ME non - O visa based on marriage in Savannakhet? wife ID, original married cert, tabian ban, 5000 baht, photos and copies of passports as well as copying all of the above? Anything else?

Vientiane offer only Single Entry, no financial required.

OPalready got work permit with my ME non - O as that's what you need to get a work permit as it clearly says on the work permit

Thats correct, to get a work permit you must need the requirements and one of them is a visa that allows you to work inside the Kingdom like the Non Immigrant B visa or O based on marriage.
