I wonder why that is? Oh well, another trip to savannaket when I come back in Thailand as my entry before date is 23 October but I'll be coming back 26 October.

Typed Thai Consulate Hull in google, their website showed up and on top of the page it is mentioned: Non-Immigrant SINGLE ENTRY Visas which the Hull Consulate can issue subject to London Embassy approval: (Non-Immigrant Visas with MULTIPLE ENTRIES can only be issued by Royal Thai Embassy London)
