Just to let you know I handed in my documents this morning at the Thai consulate in savannaket with no issues, only thing they did ask was if I had my yellow address book which I hadn't so no worries anyway. Passport, 2 photos, application form, copy of Thai blue address book, Thai wife id and marriage certification and original one for the multiple entry none o visa based on marriage and still 5000 baht
