Hello again all. Just to let you know I handed in my documents this morning at the Thai consulate in savannaket with no issues, only thing they did ask was if I had my yellow address book which I hadn't so no worries anyway. Passport, 2 photos, application form, copy of Thai blue address book, Thai wife id and marriage certification and original one for the multiple entry none o visa based on marriage and still 5000 baht

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shared their experience of submitting documents at the Thai consulate in Savannaket for a multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage. They reported no issues with the process, though they were asked about their yellow address book, which they did not have. The required documents included their passport, two photos, the application form, a copy of the Thai blue address book, their Thai wife's ID, marriage certification, an original marriage certificate, and a fee of 5000 baht. A comment inquired about the need for a visa run every 90 days.

On a ME Non-O visa, a visa run is not needed every 90 days, but a border bounce is required.
