Visa updates. Good afternoon all. Just to let you all know that I got my none o multiple entry visa based on marriage with no trouble at all. I handed in Thai wife id, tabian bann and marriage certification and copies of my passport costs 5000 baht fee. They only asked to see my original marriage certification which i had with me anyway.

Leave every 90 days still to maisai border and back into Thailand

@Steven *****
you can do the 90 day bounce out and back in at ANY border you want to. It's cheaper to bounce in Burma usually because you don't need to buy the visa just the day pass.

could do the 90 days crossing by Mukdahan-Savannakhet? or better by Myanmar?

Just a question: Do you must leave Thailand now every 90 days or you go just to your next immigration every 90 days?

Right and do not forget the other extension for 60 days ( support you wife ) that make it 17 month

On the year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa like that you never have to do a 90 day report because you can't be IN thailand longer than 90 days before you have to exit/re-enter and get another 90 day stamp.

@Ma**
, what is required inside the country to get a Non-O visa and a yearly extension based on marriage and what is required at a thai consulate outside the country to get a year-long, multi-entry Non-immigrant Type O visa based on marriage are not the same requirements. :/
