TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is asking whether they need a re-entry permit since they have a Non-O visa and plan to leave Thailand before their enter before date of October 23. The comments clarify that a re-entry permit is necessary to maintain the same admitted to stay date, and inquire about the admitted until date stamped in the passport.

Thanks, with the re-entry permit you will get the same Admitted to Stay date of 27 dec in your passport. You're visa end on 23 Oct, so that will be just a memory in your passport.
