You're still only allowed 2 30 day stamps per calendar year in your passport. My question is was my first today until 23 December be the next one, after that will be January a fresh calender year so straight 2 times after that's ok ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current regulation allows a foreign national to receive a maximum of two 30-day visa stamps per calendar year when entering Thailand over land. After utilizing the two stamps in November and December, the user inquires about receiving two more 30-day stamps after the start of the new calendar year in January. Comments suggest that while January does reset the count, travelers should be aware of possible scrutiny from immigration if they frequently enter on 30-day stamps. Additionally, it is advised to have more than six months of validity remaining on a passport when traveling to avoid complications.

Before we keep on going into the discussion why people choose what and how to live inside Thailand, I close the commenting. As mentioned in the description of the page, we give advice and do not judge. What you do with the advice is your decision. And for those who think Facebook is only for tourist visiting Thailand, be surprised. Immigration has their own Facebook page and their officers are members on many facebook pages.

No, you need a passport that is longer valid than your admitted to stay stamp.

Thanks for letting us know. Some people get asked, others get in without questions. Maybe one day, you'll be the one getting questions.

Married to Thai and waiting because only 6 months left in my current passport which is why they won't give me a year visa in savannaket

New passport, i hope because it is full or the expiry date is there. There is no benefit at Immigration with a new passport other than enough pages to put stamps is. And on what basis you want to apply for the Non Immigrant O visa and why wait?

be aware that after lots of 30 days arrivals , they might ask you to get a visa ... some people experience that after 4-5, some had 10 arrivals ...
