Is there any other way to do 90 day report instead of going to maisai? I'm on the none o multiple entry based on marriage. Cheers all.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original question asks if there are alternative methods to handle the 90-day reporting requirement for a Non-O multiple entry visa based on marriage, other than going to Maisai. The responses clarify that there are limited options: while one respondent suggests applying for a 60-day extension at the immigration office, it is generally required to leave the country every 90 days unless a yearly extension of stay based on marriage and meeting financial requirements has been granted.

You could go to the immigration office and for 1900baht apply for a 60 day extension to your current stamp (it doesn't require financial proof).

If you have multiple entry visa based on marriage - shouldn’t you leave the country every 90 days since the entry day?

yes, that what I thought, but here you wrote that it is possible to extend for 60 days, so no need to border-bounce every 90 days, can do one extension and after that one border-bounce, so it will be border-bouncing every 90+60 days and definitely 1900 extension if cheaper than border-bounce... thank you for hood advice!

@Jul***
, in that case, you border-bounce every 90 days for the validity of the visa. :)

thank you, this I did last year, but it was so many headache to fulfill all this requirements of Immigration, that this year I just made one year multiple entry one year visa for 150€.

you can also go to the immigration office and apply for a 60 day extension based on marriage for 1900baht and it doesn't require any financial proof, just the marriage certificates, your wife's thai i/d card and her house book listing.

, you can apply for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage to a thai by meet the financial requirements of 400K baht in a bank account for 2 months before you apply or a letter from your consulate stating you get 40K baht a month in Income. You meet that requirement, turn in other paperwork, and it goes under consideration for 30 days before you go back and get the year extension stamped into your passport.

I didn’t know about option of applying for extension (how long extension can I get? 1900 baht?) and purchased airplane tickets to fly for one overnight to Malaysia 😢

yep, (y) that's exactly the way that visa is designed to work. You can only stay 90 days per entry on the visa and then you either apply for an extension or you border bounce to get another 90 day admitted until stamp.

No there isn't. Not unless you apply for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage where you meet the financial requirements

if you are on a multi entry non o visa. you really need to cross the border and bounce back every 90 days.
