Not sure the Thai bank account is relevant but you’d need to consult with an accountant or tax advisor.

It doesn’t need to be exactly 3 days, just within 3 days of your arrival date.

If you have no access to a phone or computer you can do it at one of the terminals in the airport prior to immigration.

There isn’t a time limit. At a land border where you walk across you can stamp out and back in within minutes.

By plane fly out and catch the next plane back if you want.
