Do i need the new digital tourist visa for 2 weeks holiday stay in May. i'm from Australia. Do i need a visa ?

Hey folks. After some DTV advice.

I’m Australian but contine to travel and only head back to Aus around Christmas.

I’m currently in Laos for April.

I was hoping I could get DTV while here before returning in May. However I am being told I have to be back in Australia to do it. 🤬

Anyone have any thoughts, suggestions or alternative routes?

Been reading lately about the Ending of 60 day visa.

Is this correct.. is it same for Australian passport holders.

If only back to 30 days is it possible to get a 60 day extension if you are living with long-term Girlfriend in her home..

Has any U.S. Citizen that is *not* a resident or citizen in Australia applied from Australia? I knew someone (but she was an aus citizen) who said they only checked her bank account proof for day of but now im seeing it say 3 months of bank statements and 6 months of income statements. Maybe they’ve changed the policy since she applied last year though. I had been thinking about applying in Australia.

I am an Australian passport holder, do I need a visa to enter Thailand?

I have asked this question before but get conflicting answers, I going to Thailand on a holiday only on the 30 January 2025 , for 28 days Do I need to get an e visa cheers

I have a Thai girlfriend, known for 3 years, travelled back and forward to see her. She has spent 3 mths in Australia on tourist Visa last year. I am now looking at a Partner Visa so she can live with me in Australia. What is your advice on whether to get her to apply from Thailand or I do all the paper work from here. I used a Thai Visa Agent to get Tourist Visa to make sure I made no mistakes. Any constructive advice would be appreciated.
