The 800k needs to be seasoned for 2 months prior to applying so they have enough time.

However if the previous extension was done through an agent (with the agent providing the finances) then the chances of their local office allowing them to DIY is next to nil.

Your 90 day report is due 90 days from your last report, regardless that you’ve just extended for another year.

That is unless it’s your first extension off a Non O, where it will be due from your extension date - usually immigration put in a small piece of paper stating the date due.

That’s not correct. It IS a requirement to show proof of onward travel to enter visa exempt. That being said immigration will rarely ask to see proof of one, unless they are looking for reasons to deny you entry. For 90% of people they’ll never be asked.

The airlines are the ones that could insist. Some will some won’t.

AI is out of date. DTAC merged with True around 6 months ago.

Insurance nor a police certificate are required for a Non O visa. You have selected the wrong option.

Can you show where it says it is required? The online system is standard for every embassy or consulate (but routes it to the specific one you are applying at).

If it’s a requirement I believe you selected the Non OA option (lists as “long term stay”).

I’ve not seen anywhere where that’s needed. As I said it is a requirement for a Non OA visa. Did you select the right option? Both are commonly referred to as a “retirement visa”.
