who cares if they are they are still doing border crossing instead of that set a different visa heaps of young people want to stay in Thailand and have money. Even if you get an 1 yr visa you still need to leave the country every 90 days

mate I lived there 8 yrs straight it's not that cheap especially when the Ozzie dollar rubbish and to live a good life there and you need medical insurance to rent 15 to 20 K for a modern good condo plus a bike is 60 to 70 K for a nice scooter

You'll need around b to live ok and if you get a girl put another 30k

Better off work her for another 10 yrs hopefully the house have grown another 50% then you can retire nicely
