Whether you’re talking about an actual visa on arrival (that you physically pay 2,000 baht for) or a free visa exempt entry - which many confuse between the two there is no set limit. It’s at the discretion of the immigration officer.
He doesn’t need to extend it yet. He’s only just arrived. Even then they probably won’t extend it anyway if the expected fee of 10,000 baht plays out (we don’t know yet). They’re better off to do a border bounce for cheaper.
Not sure what you mean here. The OP just landed and got a 180 day stamp on arrival. Irrelevant what month they got it. It couldn’t have been before July 15th.
Almost certainly yes. It’s dependent on the immigration office you use but I’m not aware of any now that don’t require a TM30 filed or proof of one in print.
No longer applies in Bangkok. Policy changed a few weeks ago. You can now get a CoR on any visa type or exempt. Apply, pay 200 baht and they mail it to the address on the TM30.
Obviously having to explain a joke means it failed in the first place. It wasn’t funny. Of course my comment could have been read differently, but as the OP was explicitly asking about a birth certificate then any sane human would realise that my answer was pertaining to that.
If you are not a full time comedian then probably best not to give up your day job. If you are you need better material.
