Hello!

I have a question regarding the Non Imm B visa.

I am going to be employed by a BOI company.

I have applied and obtained my Non Imm B visa in Vientiane.

I then proceeded to the immigration and obtained a stamp on my passport where the office wrote Non B on the stamp.

My HR in my company tells me that the stamp is not valid and that I should get a Non IB stamp. She also says that I need to get to the origin place where the mistake was made to fix it (which is Nong Khai, I am in Bangkok)

Is it true? Can I fix the stamp in Bangkok?

Thank you for your help

A bit of a tag on from last month, my non o visa didn't come in time, so I got 30 days on arrival, went to my local immigration office extended for 30 days my visa came same day .went through immigration at DM Airport, this morning, holiday with wife and kids, and to renter to activate my visa. IO pulled me over and took me to a office ,wanting to know what visa I had,

After about 10 minutes on his computer and a phone call, I found out, my local immigration officer bad stamped me in till may 2025 instead of 2024 ,amazing what a coffee tip does 😄

Hi, my daughter is on an ED non-O visa with an extension of stay that expires Nov 2023. She has a multiple entry re-entry permit that expires the same time.

She entered Suvarnabhumi today and was stamped in with 45 days’ stay instead of the normal stay until Nov 2023.

I think I remember from previous posts that she has to abide by the stamp date, right? If so we’ll deal with it, but I just wanted to double check.

Thanks in advance.

So I just got my visa back and for whatever reason they marked my sex as female. I leave Nov 12th... what should I do to get this fixed? I'm assuming this mix-up may cause them to deny my entry?
