I believe so. Have no idea if someone has done that. We don’t get many posts about people using snail mail to report.

No. for your second extension for being over 50 you can use 12x monthly international bank transfer of at least 65k.

If your embassy issues the affidavit of income then you need no funds in Thailand for the extension.

However the OP said they had a guardian Non O. Completely different requirements.

Well other interactions with immigration may be needed, like a residence certificate or passport change etc. they will check on those if you have filed.

Yes. I know you can file by snail mail if the envelope is postmarked at least 14 days prior. Does anyone do that these days?

For the guardian Non O there is no requirement that funds show as coming from overseas.

You would only get a 30 day extension from a visa exempt entry.

Some offices will allow you to apply for a second time but you will be denied the extension and given 7 days to leave the country. This denial costs the same as your original extension.

You apply online from Vietnam. I doubt there are any YT videos of it as they only switched over today.

You apply for the e-visa in the country that you are applying from. Malaysia has switched to the e-visa system so if you are there you can apply online.
