If my 90 day single entry Thai e visa says valid from 19 April until 17 July it means I can enter anytime during that period and the 90 days will start from the moment I enter Thailand? So theoretically I can't purchase a reentry stamp and go out and come back on 17 July for another 90 days?
Hi can someone post the link to the correct site for me to apply for a Non O retirement 90 day visa please. Official e visa site only has OA or OX visa ? Not just O . Or is it now called a 90 day Thai visa? With option to convert to long term when in Thailand?
Good day. I’m traveling from US to Thailand as a tourist, arriving in Bangkok approx 072025. I plan to stay for 90 days while I figure out retirement plans.
Travel plans include a round trip ticket into and out of Bangkok. Question one is whether or not my return ticket can be scheduled for day 85 or does it have to be within 60 days of arrival and then changed after the vacation stay is extended at immigration?
My second question is for the purpose of arrival. I plan to travel over the 90 days or so. For the purpose of arriving legally must I have a three month hotel booked will they allow me to enter of if I reserve a room for three days to start?
I came to Thailand on a 90 day visa visiting family married to a Thai as a US citizen. Is there an extension to apply for? I was under the impression from reading posts. From this group that there is a 60 day extension I could apply for. Yes, I can go to immigration. At blueport, in Hua Hin but it is hard to ask somebody a question. With the new setup, they have at the windows.
I have a 90 Visa based on marriage my extension ends on January 31 if I go in early to apply for the new Ext will they start the new Ext on the day the old one expires or will they start the extension from the day they approve the extension. I live in Phichit Province
What’s up people, I recently done a visa exempt 90 days in Thailand (ending 18th dec) I heard the stamp rules reset every calendar year so in January would I be able to come back and get another 60 day stamp?
Hi there, me and my partner want to leave Thailand and fly home on the 5th of December, once we extend out Visa however we will still be slightly short on days(90 day visa)
If we had proof of our flight booked home when we do our extension, do you think they would allow the additional days?
Currently in the US (LA Consulate jurisdiction). Have an offer for a job in Phuket. The employer is currently working on the work permit paperwork I'll need to submit through the e-visa portal.
On the LA Consulate website there is both a 90-day option ($80) and a 1 year option ($200).
My plan is to work high season for about 5 months.
My understanding is that near the 90 day mark I'll need to leave the country (she said go-to Malaysia) and re-apply for another 90 day visa. She made it sound like it's a one-day process. Does this sound correct?
She also said don't bother with the 1 year option as "they never get approved and it's a waste of money". Any thoughts here on why this option is more difficult?
If I could get the 1 year Non-B visa would that preclude me from having to leave the country at 90 days, or is the exit/entry still required on a 1 year Non-B visa also?
