Can you use a Thai tourist visa to enter the country one month later?

A tourist visa is valid for 90 days from issue. You can use it to enter Thailand at anytime prior to that date.

On entry you will get stamped in for 60 days regardless of whether you enter on day one or day 90 of the visa validity.

You can open a bank account on any visa type or even exempt. Except these days it’s not easy to find a branch manager willing to let you.

Try numerous branches of several banks and see how it goes.

Many find using an agent is about the only way possible.

Which bank in Thailand allows you to open an account for transferring money from abroad while on an O visa?

Any bank if you are using SWIFT transfers.

If you are using a service like Wise then Bangkok Bank seems to be the preferred option. However you can use any bank but will need to ask them for proof of a FET transfer.
