Anyone know good immigration agent in Krabi for retirement visa

Hey guys, I am planning to move to thailand as a digital nomad and still deciding where to live. Here are my thoughts below:

* First thing first, I don't wanna live in Bangkok. It's so chaotic for me

* I wanna live by the sea

* I don't wanna live in a super small place, also not really huge city as well

So, I thought Pattaya would be nice choice, what are your opinions?

Is there a difference in visa cost for 30 days or the new 60 days Visa exempt? or fees expected?

When adding extra 30 days to a tourist visa do you need to provide proof of accommodation for the full 30 days ,

Also we will be staying in Phuket can we extend our visas in Krabi as we will be in Krabi for a week? Does the proof of accommodation have to be from the date we go to extend or from the date our tourist visa runs out

Someone just asked me about Krabi coastline and they'd "heard" swimming isn't possible because of sea lice, jelly fish etc. I've never been there but someone on here may know what this is about. Any advice?
