Yes you can. At the beginning (first year) your burn rate will be higher due to accumulation and acclimation. Meaning you’ll be signing leases that require deposits, buying a vehicle and obtaining insurance. Then you will eat out a lot until you learn to buy quality market food and have stocked your kitchen. You’ll also make a few semi expensive mistakes. By the second year you’ll get down to 2K a month. And the rest will be entertainment. Enjoy Thailand Jeff!

Brett Lee why? Most only want for visa requirements. Which is a different answer than if they want for pre-existing and yet another for future planning.

exactly. The LTR requires active participation. I suggest OP make arrangements with a law firm etc. well in advance of the renewals.

Zero issues. It’s not punitive. It’s designed to freak you out and make you post on FB as a lesson to others and so you don’t do it again. Did it work?

This is normal this time of year. It’s called high season. There is also a big holiday - Christmas. Finally there have always been arrival cards. It’s not new it’s just digital now. Before people didn’t have pens. Now they don’t have experience with the app.

perhaps if he had followed the protocol for a certified marriage certificate the rest would not have been necessary. Seems op didn't read the room.
