TM30 Online Report/App question:

I have a new 3 year lease and would like to register the property. I google "TM30 Thailand Online" and various permutations. Most all of it is in Thai. This is a page I found in English. It mentions TM6 which I think is no longer used. And mentions a blank CD (I assume Compact Disk). To say I'm lost would be an understatement. I am not worried it will work out in the end but am I currently at a dead end with the online ability search. For edification I am already reported - so that's not the issue - the issue is I want to avail myself of the online capabitlity for the future. Can someone point me in the right direction?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry revolves around how to utilize the online system for registering property under the TM30 report in Thailand. The user seeks clarification on the process, noting confusion due to a lack of English resources and outdated information, specifically mentioning TM6. A comment provides a link to the correct online registration portal and suggests another resource, indicating the process is completed by the property owner.

It’s the house owner that registers via the online system.

Yes once the house owner has registered (assuming they’ll give you the username/password) you file at will.

thanks Stuart. Landlord and I are good with each other and said they would do no problem. Just for me to set it up but didn’t make sense before but now does.
