Is there any actual requirement for how long the 500,000THB must be in your account for? I’m seeing nothing online about there having to be a strict time frame however it seems they’re less likely to accept if less payslips? Thanks for your help!
Hello all I am a bit confused please help my upcoming trip.
When entering for the first time do we have to report to immigration before 90 days then do a border run or do we have to do a boarder run before 90days then report when we re-enter?
Dear friends, is it possible to Switch my Tourist Visa based on Visiting my Thai Spouse, to Non Immigrant O spouse Visa while staying in Thailand, or it is mandatory to travel outside Thailand and apply for the Non O visa? Hi Group! I have booked my Thai Cooking Classes for 6 months and going to apply for the DTV. Once my course is finished, can I apply for an additional 6 months course to validate my visa? However I wont be staying in Thailand for more than 40 days each time I enter.
Hi all. What are the rules about your banked money (400k) when you apply for extension based on married to a thai person? Does the money have to stay in the account all year from my last extension?
Do you have to go in person to immigration to get a yearly extension on a non O / OA or can an agent do it for you? I suppose they need your passport but i have a workschedule of six weeks on six weeks off, how can i get around the only 30 or maybe 45 days before expiration to apply?
As a remote worker i could go for the DTV and not have this problem but there is no certainty that it won't get discontinued or that it can get extended after five years
Just a heads up friends, two weeks ago submitted my visa application. Today went to get it stamped. They wouldn’t stamp it because the two photos submitted were the same. Has to be two different photos. Easy fix, go downstairs and for 100 bhat a new photo in a different colored shirt. First time I’ve heard this in 7 years.
