yes I used it too. But for some reason the us court wants me to use the embassy. It’s a simple matter but Chiang Mai’s consulate closed due to flooding and Bangkok doesn’t have any appointments until next week.

Anonymous participant yes. They want to know where you will be staying. The hotel will do a TM30 form for you. So don’t put down a random hotel. Put down the hotel you will be staying at. You can move hotels later and do another TM30 with the new hotel.
