UPDATE: already moved my flight up 24 hours. Leaving this post if it helps anybody to know the Thai Embassy website allows 72 hour windows for changes.

Thailand Pass question: can I change my flight (to a day earlier) without getting a new pass? I can change the SHA+ to a day earlier but want to make sure I don’t risk not being able to use the pass. So basically can I still use my pass if I come on a different flight?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about changing their flight to an earlier date while using their existing Thailand Pass, seeking confirmation that the pass remains valid. They found out that the Thai Embassy permits flight changes within a 72-hour window. Respondents shared their experiences: one confirmed that having multiple Thaipass QR codes did not lead to issues at entry despite the change, while another recounted difficulties faced at the airport due to not having the updated hotel certificate after a flight change.

I went a day later and got jammed up at airport because I didn't have new test and go hotel certificate yet, it was 5 in the morning Thai time and I only alerted hotel 10 hours earlier. They had to fax it to Thai immigration to get approval before I could finish checking in and boarding. New certificate arrived while I was traveling.

I just went through with 2 Thaipass QR codes for different dates one printed one electronic and all they looked at was the printed one…but since I had 2 I really don’t know if they verified the electronic one but I was not going to be denied entry over paperwork

also can I check my math with you Jeremy since you just went through?

1. Thailand Pass.

2. Visa

3. Covid Test results

4. Proof of Covid test payment in country.

5. SHA+ or similar accommodation.

6. Proof of Covid insurance.

Did I leave anything out?

helpful to know - did they scan it at the airport or just looked at it by eye?

from what I observed they don’t scan the QR code at all…I have no idea what they are looking at, they are using a laptop so I’m guessing they are typing in your passport number and name to verify it on thaipass
