Looking for the form to fill out to renew my retirement visa in country. Currently on a non-o (started with non-o) and will be renewing in a few weeks. Have all the necessary paperwork, photos, etc. but looking online for the form to fill out and can’t find one. Anybody know if it’s available online and which one? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking the correct form to apply for an extension of their retirement visa (NON-O) while already in Thailand. They have all their paperwork ready but are struggling to find the form online. Several comments suggest resources for obtaining the form, clarify that it's termed an 'application for extension' rather than a 'renewal,' and mention that TM7 forms are available at immigration offices for free.

TM7 can pick up at any immigration office free

Get the right terminology to find the right form. You are NOT "renewing" your visa. There's no such thing in Thailand as a renewal. What you are doing is applying for a NEW extension to either a visa or an existing extension. So the form you need will be an application for extension

I suggest you joint Thai Visa Advice. They guys there are very knowledgeable. No chit chat just straight to the point.

Edit: both pages have their advantages and disadvantages. You can pick and chose which one you’d prefer. I suggest you join both pages.

just personal opinion, nothing against this page. Sometimes it’s nice to have a straight answer and no BS, that’s all. No disrespect to your page. I do enjoy this page as well. It’s not so cut and dry like the other. They both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Randy is it the TM.87 for extending an existing retirement visa?
Stuart *********
@Maz *******
no. That’s for changing a visa. All extensions use the TM7 form. Easily found online but some offices (not Phuket) insist on their version or double sided not two pages.

sorry, I’m not at retirement age yet. I’m married to a Thai so it’s a bit different. I’m just trying to help via the internet. Take my suggestion and join the Thai Visa Advice page. You’ll get your answer there very quickly. Sorry about that.

Visa Renewal

It is important to note that renewal of a Thai retirement visa is subject to the same requirements as when applying for the visa for the first time. In addition to this any proof of funds in your Thai bank account must have been deposited and cleared at least 3 months prior to your visa renewal application date.

As well as providing proof of your current income and bank balance you will also be required to supply the following additional documents:

A completed TM7 form. (You can download this TM.7 Form from our website)

Your passport.

Two passport sized photos (4 x 6 cm).

Copies of your passport and the relevant pages.

A copy of your bank book or passbook.

A letter from your Thai bank confirming the status of your account.

The current fee for Thai retirement visa renewal is 1,900 Baht (non-refundable)
