Should I resubmit my Thailand Pass application with my vaccination QR code after not receiving approval?

UPDATE: Received my approval in 60 seconds once I uploaded my QR code for vaccination (thanks to Stuart Cummings clueing me into the glitch - solved it by leaving a border around the QR code)

I applied for Thailand Pass on Nov. 25th and am flying on Dec. 3rd. Still don't have approval but was able to get a QR code for proof of vaccination which I didn't have before. When I asked about adding that to the application I was told I could not. So question is - wait and be patient OR should I submit another application with the vaccination card AND QR code (I'm not sure if this is what's holding it up or just it takes the full 7 days).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the status of their Thailand Pass application, which was submitted on Nov. 25th, leading up to a flight on Dec. 3rd. They had not received approval and were uncertain whether to wait or to submit another application with their vaccination information, which they recently acquired. Community members advised resubmitting the application with the QR code, sharing personal success stories of receiving timely approvals after doing so. Ultimately, the user successfully received their approval swiftly after uploading the QR code.

I’m approved! I got it in one minute once I uploaded the QR codes. The trick is not to crop the QR code too close. Leave a border.

Definitely re-submit. I also reapplied for the pass after not hearing anything for 7 days. Got approved in 36 hours with the QR code uploaded. Then received another approval a couple of days later for my original application

congrats! Wanted to ask, did you have two separate QR codes for each dose? Or just one off the main certificate?

No. I had one QR code which I got through New York State “Excelsior” app. I will show you a screen grab…

I placed the code in both uploads for 1 and 2 because the code is made for both doses.

- I actually used a different email just to be sure. All other documents were the same except the QR codes which were added to the second application. Hope that helps and you’ll receive the pass soon

I’m trying to upload QR codes but get errors. Stuart Cumming had the same problem and between us we tried everything we can think of…did you have a problem unloading QR code?

what QR codes are you trying to upload? I sent JPEGS of my vaccine passport as there was no option for uploading PDF’s until the end! I’m getting a bit worried as my flight is Friday at 3pm 😬
