TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, using the drive-through at immigration on a motorbike is generally accepted, especially in places like Phuket and Chiang Mai. Many users confirmed that it's allowed, and in some situations, it's even common for people to walk through the drive-thru for 90-day reporting. However, opinions vary, and some find it odd that the drive-through window faces the passenger side instead of the driver side.

In Phuket you can. Done it many times for 90 day reporting

Does anyone in Phuket think it's totally strange that the drive thru window faces the passenger side of the car not the driver side? Like it was designed backwards ๐ฎ
You even can even (or rather have to) walk through it. At least in Chiang Mai for 90 day reports. Oh what a joy standing there in between running cars.

Phuket will NOT allow you to walk through the drive through under any circumstances! I was rebuked for merely holding my place in line as my bike was parked.
