I have an overstay on my passport from last year - it should have been a day, but due to flooding and the immigration office being closed, it became 8 days. Has anyone had experience of getting a DTV specifically in London, with an overstay on their passport?
Any future foreseeable issues with using an agent, though usually against, will need go back america next year for few years as the country is in turmoil. Just want make sure no issues with agents for return. This given I don’t put back the money. Probably do Retirement next time.
I entered on the DTV last November, I was there for 92 days, leaving on day 92. I did not do the 90 day report. (When I exited Thailand it was via the automated gate that scans your passport at BKK. I left without issue).
What implications are there if any going forward? I intend to enter again later this year (on the DTV), and if staying more than 90 days, I will do my 90 day report.
Anyone have any advice?
Will it get flagged at immigration when I do my 90 day report or any other interactions with immigration?
Came to bkk at the end of March left 1 day before my entry expired. Went for visa run and given another 60days. This was my first run. My stamp doesn’t expire for another 30days. I leave next week for 1 week and then plan to come back. I do not live here nor plan too. Only spending the summer. Will I have any issues upon my return? Or will I be ok this time?
I applied for a 90 day non O visa based on marriage about 20 or so days ago, then they asked me for more information about two days later witch I sent them on the Evisa. I haved booked and paid for my plane tickets for jest over two weeks time but haven't heard back from them. Anyone any idea? What I should do.
To anybody who applied for DTV in Kuala Lumpur, have you been able to pass it without fulfilling those requirements and if so, how you managed to do that? My case: no relevant embassy in Malaysia and unable to proceed.
This question is not for getting a visa into Thailand, but for a Thai person getting a tourist visa to the UK. She is working, 50 yrs old and will have a return flight.
Has anyone had any problems with a Thai friend getting into the UK for a holiday, and meet a friend?
