Hi, did anyone get the visa while living in Thailand already?

I applied for it with pick-up in my home country but they just rejected it and don't answer now. Kind of annoying, 10k thb down the drain.

DTV visa Hanoi, denied / put on hold

I applied for the DTV visa in Hanoi. Got requested for further documentation twice. Third time, after nine days, they said I can't get DTV since my tourist visa is still valid for one and a half month more, but that I can come back reapply at the end of next month when the tourist visa has ended. I had read through the rules many times before going to Hanoi to apply, and had never heard of this rule. When I asked where this rule was stated, Thai embassy in Hanoi couldn't give an answer. I thought that the DTV visa replaced current tourist visa. That is what other people in this group have said. Has this happened to anybody else?

Disappointed I traveled back to Thailand. At the airport, I got stopped. Thought it was just a routine control first, but it ended up with them detaining me and sending me back to Vietnam. Because they said I have been on multiple entry tourist too long, even though I still have one and a half month left. So now I'm basically stuck. I can't get the DTV visa because my tourist visa is still valid, and I can't enter Thailand because they said they don't think I am tourist and that I should already have the DTV. Don't know what to do really

Did anyone got banned from entering Thailand after applying for DTV?

I just got my DTV approved, but my visa came back with my name switched. We koreans only have a first and last name, no middle name. So i didnt fill this part. DTV comes out with my first name backwards. And even beforehand i had sent emails to visathaiembassy.kl @gmail.com to no reply and when i went to the thai embassy here the Malay lady just shouted at me saying she cant do jack 😭🥹 does anyone know what can be done? Or does anyone know where i can get a reply from?

Did I miss some news about visa exempt arrivals? A friend arrived to Thailand from the US in late December and was stamped in for 90 days. I thought you only received 60 days now and could go to immigration to extend it another 30 days.

Hi everyone I’m super sad I travel to Vietnam and apply here for the DTV under a workcation status not sure what went wrong but 4 days after applying I get into my profile on their website and there is nothing seconds after receive this emails with not more explanations or options to fix anything , did I just lost all my money and time ? Question, I applied for DTV online at the Thai embassy in Washington DC from Thailand. It was issued within days, so easy. I’m still in Thailand on a tourist visa. I want to do a land border run and come back a day later. I won’t have any problems right? I have the issued visa printed page.
