Will a late 90-day non-immigrant visa report impact future travels in Thailand and other countries?

Hello everyone, just would like to share something. I did my Tm47 late (90 days report), I didnt know about this one unfortunately, paid the 2000 baht fine, everything perfect, but just not feel comfortable that they stamp almost the entire page of the passaport saying that didnt do the document of 90 days… I dont know if it can become a problem in the future to Thailand and to travel to other countries… I will be going to China and Japan now in January and was thinking if it will generate some problems

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of filing a late 90-day report in Thailand, resulting in a 2000 baht fine and a large passport stamp indicating the late submission. They expressed concerns about potential future travel problems, particularly to China and Japan. Responses from other users indicated that such stamps are usually not problematic and that many do not face issues from late reports as long as they don't have an overstay stamp. Some suggestions included getting a new passport if concerned about the visible stamp.

Good questions. We need more information, especially sight of the ‘almost entire passport page sized stamp’ they used.

I mean it's not that extreme tbh. I just had to get one because mine was full after just 4 years.

They stamped an entire page of the passport?

This is the first time I read that a passport page get a stamp due a 90 day report.

Please blank out personal details and show us that passport stamp.

I also support Robert's request. We want to see how this stamp looks.

Me too. Can’t ever recall anyone receiving a stamp in their passport for failing to make a 90 day report.

สมองควาย ๒๕๖๘ If you post BS, you can be called to back up your BS.

There is never a stamp in a passport for 90 day reports.

BUT you may explain me who is stamping my passport when I do this report on line, the local mom and pop shop or the nearest

สมองควาย ๒๕๖๘ There wouldn’t be any personal information if the OP blanked it out as suggested. This appears most unusual and needs verifying in everyone’s interests.

Zero issues. It’s not punitive. It’s designed to freak you out and make you post on FB as a lesson to others and so you don’t do it again. Did it work?

No issues as long as you don't get an overstay stamp. You've paid the fine, and it's gone.

I have never heard of it causing an issue for anyone. There are people on "O" visas who never bother with the 90 day report and just take the once a year fine upon renewal of the "O". Never heard a peep about it causing issues.
