Does PCR-Test result paperwork for entering Thailand with a Thailand Pass need to have passport number on the test result?
I believe it does but my friend says he can’t find that written anywhere on the immigration rules for entry. And he’s saying the place near his house is convenient but doesn’t offer adding a passport number. I told him to suck it up and pay for a private clinic - can anyone settle this debate?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among individuals who have traveled to Thailand indicates that the PCR test result does not necessarily need to include a passport number. As long as the name on the test certificate matches the name in the passport, it is generally accepted. Some travelers noted that facilities may request a passport for verification but may not always include the number on the test result itself.
I don’t believe American ones (and possibly more countries) have passport numbers on them. As long as the name on the certificate matches with your passport then it’s good to go.
