You could just go to Cambodia and hang out there on the $300 year visa that can be extended for perpetuity

That visa will let you have the money seasoned for the 90 days as you wait to apply for the DTV visa

But then again there is no cohesion between offices so if you’re an expert on immigration office F then move to immigration office M you will be starting back at 0 because there is no translation between offices

Without a non-o visa it will be extremely hard to open a bank acct in your name/phone number

You could put in her bank acct with her name/phone number.

But that could be risky
