you probably will have to do it 3-5 days after you depart the SHA++ hotel then send it to whoever they send it to…or the hospital/clinic will contact whoever

You have to go to a government designated testing center at no cost to you. Most likely, hopefully. they will tell you where to go, etc. when you enter or the hotel will have the information?
