Worth a shot. Might find the rare Immigration Officer who gives a damn.
That is rediculous. If you get COVID you still need to leave? How? On what airline? What brainiac thought of that? Anutin?

Darn! My 60 days are coming to an end! I must leave! Back to Japan I must go! Regrettably, Japan let’s me right back in. Another awesome Asian country! Will the punishment ever end???!!!😂🤣😂
nah. Time to get back to the awesome cherry blossoms, my man! And work beckons. Cant wait to once again wrangle with the Thailand Pass, Siam Slip, Bangkok Docket….whatever the fekk they call it next Winter!
I am assuming that those who entered Thailand with a exempt visa and are still in country will be allowed to reapply for this last extension upto end of March , but it looks like after that they either leave or get a permanent visa

Yes extension finish now I called to immegration they told me leave country or renew your old non b visa according to law
It looks like they are to end the CV extensions but don't want to make it a shock event come end of March. Many leave things until the last minute. My visa doesn't fit into any of the above so will find out when I apply if I'm approved until end of May. Fingers crossed.
I had one. The PE visa. It isn't transferable inside the country for another visa not even another PE visa. I got it to take me to retirement age. I always knew I had to leave and come back on a tourist visa to enable me to apply for a Non O inside the country. Unfortunately when it was due in July 2020 they closed the country already so fell into that visa amnesty.
I don't want to stuck in a country I don't know. My home in the UK was sold many years ago. If I absolutely had too it's back to blighty in a hotel. Don't expect this country open any time soon. Too many hands in the pie.
I don't care. I only care for my family, my dogs and my local community who we look out for. My point was that it seems many here leave things to the last minute including applying for extensions.

There is nothing in the last paragraph that is new... sure you must leave at the end of a 60 day covid extension .... unless you get another one... the words "this time" mean "at this time" (meaning at the conclusion of the 60 days). They don't mean that this 60 day extension is different than previous ones.
