Application in HCMC

I got sent the following requests.

Although, I already submitted them already in the original files.

Is it because the bank account I submitted does not match the account I receive my pay? The account I receive my pay does not have 500k is this a problem?

The company I've been exclusively contracting for the past five years doesn't use/have a letterhead, they're also not very responsive to getting the business registration document either. It's a Japanese company - my boss is willing to sign a letter but without the letterhead it looks so unofficial.

Any advice? Is my 'employment' document looking a bit weak? I don't have payslips either. I have contracts, invoices, and receive a monthly bank transfer.

The ironic thing is I've never even lived in Japan and have been working remotely the entire time already. The idea of asking for permission to do something I've already been doing for half a decade is kind of crazy.

Timeline goes like this:

Sept 7th - Applied

Sept 17th - Received an email saying they will process my application in October for some reason

Sept 18th - They sent an email to my boss asking for employment confirmation

Sept 23rd - DTV approved

I still don’t understand why they told me they were going to process the application in October just to approve it 5 days later but hey i’m not gonna complain that’s for sure 😂🙏

I recently submitted my application in Hanoi. I forgot to add my employers official company registration certificate and LLC papers. I did include the employment contract, attestation letter about how my income is 100% online from the USA and my resume. I do consulting so there is no portfolio to give them. Should I be panicking about those documents not being there? Is there a way to add them post-submission?

Hi everyone! Are you aware whether the Thai embassy/consulate have actually contacted the employer or company to verify the employment contract and other work documents? My primary question is working as a consultant on a contract basis falls under employment verification or it has to be more of a permanent full time job

Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status : Business registration of company you're currently working with and an ID card of the signer.

I‘m a online Marketing Manager for a Small Business in germany . My Partner is the Boss of it .

The Business registration I’ve sended, is a letter from the Tax Bureu , includes Name of the owner , the Service we provide ,TaxID of the Business and the copy of the passport . You think this is enough for Proof? We allready payd and everything .

Now we re waiting since the 19th of August and starting (typicaly Like DTV vergins)🤣 overthinking …so we re really greatfull for any Kind of Information . 🙏🏼😌

What I submitted:

* A letter from the employer stating that I work for them and that I'm allowed to work remotely/from Thailand

* 6 months bank statements (> 500k THB each month)

* Tax returns from 2023 and 2024

* Evidence of current location (boarding pass, entry stamp, stay permit from Indonesian immigration, GPS screenshot of my location)

* My CV and portfolio

Before reaching out to my employer, could anyone assist with giving details of what all would need to be included in the employee certificate to be approved?
