TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks recommendations for health insurance for a family of three moving to Thailand, mentioning their visa situation (Marriage/Retirement Visa) and the daughter holding a Thai passport. Responses vary, suggesting insurers like Allianz, Cigna, and AXA Thailand. Several comments recommend consulting insurance brokers for personalized advice and stress that costs will depend on factors like age and health, while also discussing government health insurance options available for Thai citizens.

Hello, I am Thai and I am an insurance broker. The costs will depend on age, current health conditions, and other factors. May I contact you to discuss further and send a comparison table of our partner insurers’ plans?

a question only an insurance company can answer. Costs will depend on ages, current health conditions and so on. Find a good broker inside Thailand and speak to them would be my advice.

It depends on your visa which will determine whether or not you qualify for a Thai health insurance policy

If you have a valid visa go for Allianz they are the best in Thailand

If no visa NOW health out of HK sells international policies

It go the tourist insurance route….AXA Allianz etc

Good luck

you get the ąøæ30 UCS health insurance which is free at your govt hospital if your child is also Thai they get it as well

You can also buy private insurance and it will be ridiculously cheap because of the UCS

Your husband has to get an insurance policy…Allianz is the best in Thailand
