Hello, I want to spend my retirement in Thailand. I will travel to Thailand on a family visa for good and I want to get insurance there but unfortunately I have pre-existing conditions. I have already read a lot about this topic regarding pre-existing conditions but unfortunately I haven't found anything suitable. What kind of health insurance can you recommend that you have had good experiences with and is affordable? Please no answers that are not related to this topic.
So this visa related and falls under "everything else"
Health insurance requirement for long term visa and health insurance coverage in general for a family with kids.
there are lots of companies out there but a few companies out there I'm hearing a lot mixed results about from a claims perspective.
This is not a bash post or for anyone to be negative please try to be productive and constructive with your experiences so we all can learn what to do and what not to do.
I'm just looking for recommendations overall about AXA, Pacific cross, and Allianze.
Out of those three which are more responsive to help you in a claim situation and actually follow through and not leave you hanging out to dry...(so to speak)
Anyone that has travelled from Canada, what company have you used for travel insurance? Finding lots that are in US prices but wondered about some Canadian companies other than Blue Cross. Thanks.
I'm looking for recommendations on health insurance company. I'm moving to Thailand in 3 months and will stay in Thailand most of the year.
For those of you who live in Thailand most of the year, what company offers the best package and premiums?
I'm not looking just for the lowest premium. I'm also looking for a company that has a good reputation for honoring their policy when problems do happen.
Since I will be going back to Canada most summers to visit family, I would also need a company that offers international coverage (i.e. Thailand, Canada, and other Asian and European countries that I might travel to).
Do any of you have a similar situation in terms of health insurance requirements?
