This announcement has a different vibe about it. I believe this time will happen. The finance minister has already reported that the economy will not stand another year without tourism. The people here are geared up for this reopening. Let's hope I'm not wrong.

I paid a 20% deposit last march and the balance when at the hotel. All you need as far as I know is a hotel confirmation. That was for a ASQ

Did I apply correctly for a Non-O visa to stay in Thailand for 4 months?

Don't worry. I'm on the same visa. Same situation. Do your 90 days (visit immigration about 1 month after you arrive they should guide you through the process) then covid extension then family visit visa. Gives you well over 6 months stay.
