Possibly on wrong site here but can anyone tell me how much 11 foot or 12 meters of stainless steel gutter and installation should be around?

And your metric to imperial conversion is way out or a typo. Try and go for highest grade staniless as possible 304 is lowest standard here 309 would be better. Of course this makes a big difference in price.
