TLDR : Answer Summary
After recent renovations, the dirt on floor tiles can become deeply ingrained and difficult to remove. Several suggestions for powerful cleaning solutions include a mixture of white vinegar, water, and baking soda, as well as using a power washer for persistent stains. It's also recommended to consider specific products like Lithofin Intensive Cleaner for porcelain tiles. For those struggling with grout issues, it may be necessary to remove and redo the affected areas. Additionally, queries about where to purchase hydrogen peroxide in Pattaya indicate the search for other effective cleaning solutions.

Type of tiles? Porcelain?
Do you really mean tile or grout?
If grout (which I suspect) then maybe only option is to remove and redo.
Usually start at top when building works an work down to avoid this.

Where can you buy Hydrogen Peroxide 6% in Pattaya as I have a similar issue and tried power washers and helped a little but need to try something else?
