Oh man. There’s so much wrong with your story. Royal Thai Embassy’s issue visas to allow you to enter Thailand but with the caveat that it’s at the discretion of the Royal Thai Police (Immigration Division).

One is not the “boss” of the other.

Having a visa does not guarantee entry in to Thailand. What it does is allow you to stay for X number of days IF immigration grant you permission to enter.

You mentioned something about a visa extension. That expired the second you left Thailand unless you had some re-entry permit off the back of it but as you were entering visa exempt that’s a moot point.

No. Only applies if you enter on May 1st or later.

No. But it’s up to an individual immigration officer to allow you entry. If they say no can do then there’s f all you can do about it.

We had the option to deny this post or let it fly. So much more fun letting it fly and reading the comments. Large bag of popcorn needed.

Wow if everyone who insulted me on Facebook groups were sent to jail the system would be overrun.

Oh hang on it is. But not because of me.

I seriously doubt you were “deported” as that involves courts and immigration detention centres and a ban returning to Thailand.

I suspect that you were refused entry for some reason and sent back to Singapore.

Big difference.

I may be a smart ass but I know visa stuff.

You can block him yourself if you have issues with him.

You carry both passports throughout the validity of the visa.

You can apply in Laos. Vientiane or Savannakhet. They use a hybrid system where you apply through the evisa portal but go to the embassy/consulate to pay in person.
