Depends on the office you use. Most allow 30 days prior. Some like Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket allow 45 days.

Certainly sounds like no issue for entrance in to Thailand as it’s a typical type of tourist entry.

No guarantee as it’s up to the individual immigration officer but doesn’t seem to raise any red flags.

Have the three proofs of cash, accommodation and ticket out but probably won’t be asked for any.

Extensions (other than your first) are irrelevant for 90 day reporting. The “clock” starts when you enter Thailand and you report if you’re staying over 90 days.

An agent isn’t going to really help you. You need to apply at an embassy or consulate abroad.

There will be conflicting information because it depends on the embassy or consulate you are going to use.

Most offices will allow you to apply when you have 30 days left on your current stamp. Some like Bangkok Chiang Mai and Phuket will allow 45 days prior.

Unless you’re applying through the Sydney consulate it’s probably not a visa you’re going to get or qualify for. There have been instances where people have got one but very few and far between unless using Sydney.

You should have no issues as you’re doing what a “typical” tourist would do.

They’re out to get the serial “visa runners” or “border bouncers” not genuine tourists.

Departure details are not mandatory fields. Leave them blank. Indeed don’t even click in the boxes otherwise they’ll become mandatory.
