You will need a pen, your passport, a copy of your passport photo page, a copy of your entry stamp, a copy of your visa - if you had one and a passport sized photo. You fill out form TM7

Patong and Blue Tree offices are satellite offices for short term extensions, 90 day reports, TM30 filing and the like.

The main office in Phuket Town handles all that and other stuff like long term extensions and such.

That’s going to depend on the office you use. Probably best to visit them early on and get the handout listing their requirements.

We currently have no details of that visa other than press reports. When it becomes available it may be evisa only, but possibly available through local embassy’s or consulates. We just don’t know specifics as yet

Not sure if you are answering me or the OP. At no point in the year can you drop below 400k. 800k two months prior, three months after.
