a marriage in Sweden is legal in Thailand. However to get that “recognised” in Thailand may need some documentation from your government and your local Thai embassy.
In the UK you have to have the marriage certificate certified from some government department in Milton Keynes and then notarised by the London Thai Embassy. I can’t remember the exact steps but it’s a pain in the arse. I’d assume it’s similar for Sweden. But a legal marriage in Sweden in still a legal marriage in Thailand. You may just have to jump through hoops to get it recognised as such.
That’s going to be up to your airlines policy. Immigration will generally not care as they know you can get an extension but some airlines will insist on an onward ticket out of Thailand within the number of days your entry scheme allows, regardless that you could possibly get an extension.
There isn’t a limit on the number of entries you can do per year or time period using visa exempt entries.
That doesn’t mean you can live here indefinitely on exempt entries. If the immigration officer believes you are abusing the exempt entry system and trying to live/stay long term in Thailand they will either pull you aside and warn you to get a relevant visa or flatly deny you entry.
Not sure if you are asking about getting the initial Non O visa in country or a year extension of stay.
If the former most offices don’t require seasoning of funds prior to applying for the Non O. Jomtien does require 2 months prior. Some offices will insist that you show the funds came from overseas. Some don’t seem to care.
For the extension it’s 2 months prior and 3 months after and the balance can’t go below 400k for the rest of the year. It would need to be back up to 800k 2 months prior to your next application.
Why would you apply for a tourist visa? You don’t state your nationality but for 93 countries you can get a visa exempt entry for 60 days anyway with no visa.
