TLDR : Answer Summary
To change your address in Thailand while on a retirement visa, visit your nearest immigration office with proof of your new address. If you are renting, bring a copy of the owner's ID and the blue book. If you are the property owner, take your partner and the blue book to obtain a yellow book. Additionally, you or your landlord may need to file a TM30 form online at the immigration office. Costs may vary, so it's best to inquire at the office directly.

Visit your district office and say you are moving and you get letter to your new district office. New district office give you new tabien baan. If same area they issue you new one.

Alternatively the rental contract is sufficient. Last time my son in law changed my address online. (Pattaya)

yes tm30 is total different than tabien baan what we need here who live here to register cars, renew driving license etc to prove our address🙏

Check your local immigration office to see if they still use the TM28 form. They probably don’t but best to check.

Then have your landlord file an online TM30 (or you can with the relevant paperwork at the immigration office).
