Hi all hope everyone's well.bit stuck currently close to applying for my marrige visa got everything but the tm30 i live in my own house with wife and daughter.never had one how do I get one do I need to go to immigration office cheers

I've got three choices for sending tabien baan to the Savannaket consulate for the non-o spousal visa:

1. My wife's new tabien baan, but the address doesn't match the one on her ID card.

1. Her old tabien baan that matches her ID card address.

1. Sending both tabien baans with the ID and hoping for the best.

Any thoughts on which option makes more sense to submit?

I’d like to get my name in a Tabien Baan in prep for Thai Citizenship. Anyone done this for Blue Tabien Baan? What does the Amphur need to get this done? Thx.

I read that if you go to Savannakhet to get a non-o based on marriage to a Thai you need to show blue book. What is that? We rent a condo in Pattaya so have a lease, and my wife's name is in an old brown, battered tabien baan up in the family home in Bueng Kan.

I went to Sa Kaeo immigration this morning for my 30 day tourist extension to my 60 day visa with the required photocopies of my documents, photo plus my TM30 receipt. I was unable to get the extension issued without copies of my wife's Tabien Baan house book and her father's ID as head of the household despite me having provided these previously there when I did my TM30.

It was resolved when the required documents were photographed and sent by phone and the immigration officer copied these to her phone and got them printed for us.

This is just a heads up for anyone else using Aranyaprathet (Sa Kaeo) not to get caught out and possibly having to make two journeys for something which normally takes 20 minutes to complete.

I would also add that the whole process this time took well over a hour so, again, be prepared. Not as easy and straightforward as it was just under 12 months ago when I last did this. I was also required to sign the Overstay Acknowledgement this time, last time I was told it's not required when I asked about it.

For TM30, which tabien baan is required? The property's or one with the landlord's name on it? Or both?

Same question regarding Extension of stay.

I've looked further at the requirements when applying for a one year retirement visa extension, and things seem to have changed. In January of this year, I didn't have to show 1) A Copy TM30 showing "TM6" barcode number, 2) A Condo owner I.D, 3) A Copy of condo Tabien Baan with my name entered into it, 4) A "Number 3", statement from Juristic or Thai person guaranteeing I live at the address of the application. Am I correct in thinking all these are now required?
