Whether you need a new TM30 receipt for every entry to the province is

Provincial immigration office policy.

Some require every time after arrival internationally, some want you to submit even after inter-province travel, while some don't require at all as long as you are back to the same address.

When you travel inside Thailand, usually, accommodations will do your TM30 in that area.

Check with them about their policy when you go to the local immigration office to get the latest requirements handout.

Whether you can do TM30 on your own is between you and your landlord, meaning whether she/he would provide enough documents or not.

Sounds like you studied well. Good luck.

The easiest is to go back to the Don Muang airport to get the stamp corrected.

Tell an immigration officer at the airport that she got the wrong entry stamp and needs to get it corrected.

People can get the right immigration officer through the staff at the arrival/ departure gates, or through the information counter or tourist police.

Bring a passport and an eVisa PDF (printed on paper).

You may be able to correct the stamp at the IT Square Laksi Plaza office, but usually, correcting the stamp at the arrival airport is much faster.

@Robert ******
, doesn't seem to be able to apply for this with the main foreigner on retirement visa/extension.

RTE London says: This category of visa is issued to applicants who are spouses, children, and parents of the applicants working in Thailand.

Q. I assume once she’s turned 50 or could we do it before?

-> One of the requirements is that you must be 50 years old as of the day you submit your Non-O retirement visa application through the embassy.

Q. Then open her a bank account once she’s here, deposit the 800,000 and apply for the extension after 2 months?

-> Yes. She enters Thailand on a Non-O retirement for 90 days. Then deposit 800K baht into her Thai bank account as soon as possible.

Once funds are in an account for a full 2 calendar months, she can apply for a 1-year extension based on retirement (before the first 90 days are up).

Seems like the TM47 system is having trouble and is currently under maintenance. Please wait for a while and try again later. Or contact your local immigration office.
