Asking for my friend. 

If you apply extension of stay from visa exempt entry at IO in Chumphon, do you need any additional documents for proof of address or any other?

Why not just bring it with them, receipt and business card of hotel you get for free, and if staying on private address a print screen of the TM30 report does not cost that much.

It all depends on the office. Be prepared, take copy Landlords ID, blue housebook, lease contract and some extra cash, just in case

My friend is staying in private address.. and doesn’t sound like they did registration at the first 24 hours of arrival.

Do you know by any chance they need to register first and / or any additional fine of not being registered like pattaya ?
