TLDR : Answer Summary
The post informs that re-entry permits are available on Saturdays at Chaengwattana in Bangkok. However, there are mentions of specific closures on certain Saturdays due to a government holiday, with inquiries about whether the 90D report at MTT follows the same Saturday hours.

ATTENTION BANGKOK MEMBERS: I was at Chaengwattana this morning (Saturday) and they said they will be closed Friday the 24th (the govt holiday) AND Saturday next week at both locations (C/W and MTT)

the last day the program runs is the 27th so you could go Monday, but I imagine it's gonna be a really BUSY day (especially if they don't announce anything as far as extending it before then)
