TLDR : Answer Summary
To replace your Non-B visa, you need to visit the immigration office that originally issued your extension. If your visa was issued at Chaengwattana, you must go there for the transfer; the office at Samyan is no longer operational. Additionally, it's recommended to check if online appointments are available for this service.

And just so you know, there is no longer an immigration office at Samyan aka ChamChuri Square anymore ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

The BOI/One Stop Service Center moved to the One Bangkok Building

BUT

You can only use that office if that's where your visa/extension were issued from ๐Ÿ˜•

so as people said IF you used Chaengwattana that's where you go to get the stamps transferred ๐Ÿ™‚

This is the transfer stamp form you need to fill out and make the copies listed on the back of it,

you get the extension transferred to the new passport at the immigration office that issued it,.

So if you got your extension to your Non-B at Chaengwattana that's where you go

Only at the immigration office that issued your current one-year extension. If yours was issued at Chaengwattana, you must go to the Chaengwattana office.
