, same rate as overstay fine. 500 baht per day, up to 20k baht.

The reasons could be too many.

What does the rejection email say?

Your address may not match the one on your TM30.

Your input visa/extension information may not match. Etc, etc.

The best is contacting your local office and seeking advice on how to input your correct information.

, most offices wouldn't keep your passport. Only Jomtien and one or two more offices.

Better to bring it on paper. TDAC is a replacement for TM6. Be safe than sorry.

Try the link with the login path. Or a link from the immigration bureau website.

, You can. But if you want to make things easier, keep a copy of everything, anything that your spouse needs for the cancellation of his extension, just in case. Such as the termination letter, cancellation receipt of work permit, cancellation stamp on his passport, etc. His cancellation stamp might be sufficient, but it's not a bad idea to keep copies for your turn.

, Yes, you just need to get an immigration officer and let her know you need to move stamp. You don't need to fly out only for that.

People can get an officer through the airport information counter, tourist police at the airport, or staff around the departure/arrival gate.

Thank you for the report.

Q. I think it was helpful that the re-entry permit had been issued by CW,

-> Yes, CW wouldn't move a re-entry permit if it's issued at the airport. In that case, you need to go to the airport that issued a re-entry permit to move.
